in Dublin providing legal and management services
in International Capital markets , investment funds
and asset finance.
Role:
Role Objective : In this leading
role you will be responsible for establishing the
business in Ireland and for driving strategic initiatives
that will build the business in Europe.
Reporting Into : CEO
Primary Responsibilities : You will
also be responsible for providing Director, Trustee
and related services to a range of investment funds
and other vehicles. You will provide develop and
build a team of professionals. Drive the growth
and development of the business in Ireland and Europe.
People Management : Direct:

Key Relationships : Internal:
Colleagues in the various practice and geographic
areas of the group. External: Investment managers,
Funds and Fund Administration Managers, International
Laws Firms/Magic Circle.

-A Senior Figure in the Investment
Funds
-An in depth knowledge of the European
and Global Funds Sector
-A Proven business driver
-Director Level Experience and or
the ability and credibility to provide effective
Director services
-Energy and Enthusiasm to successfully
build a team and a business
Academic/Professional Qualifications
: Graduate/ Professional/Business qualification.
Legal or accountancy qual an asset.
