TRB Associates opened in December 1990 as The Recruitment Business Ireland Ltd. Since then many things have changed. Skylines are unrecognisable, motorways have been built and trams are back on our streets.

Those years have also brought significant changes to our business. As the years have gone by many of our candidates and clients have grown with us, all of whom have contributed to the wealth of knowledge we have amassed over these years. Our business today is now focused on senior level appointments across all sectors and the majority of our work is delivered through executive search or retained exclusive selection.
